- How much time does it take for an order to arrive?
Usually it takes 3-4 business days in Tamilnadu, for rest of India it will take 6-7 business days. We will process your order on the same day or next. Since we are shipping the orders through third part logistics sometimes the delivery may gets delayed due to their working conditions/situations. sapienstyle.com will not be responsible for any non-delivery of the orders due to wrong communication address/not picking the phone call/person unavailability to receive the consignment.
- What are the delivery charges to my location?
Yes. sapienstyle.com will charge a small amount for shipping to ensure safety and prompt delivery. user can see their shipping amount during checkout.
3. How Referral Program works ?
Customer A refer/Invite his friend B using REFER AND EARN program. In the Invite link referee ‘B’ can get the A’s referral code. Once B complete the sign-up and purchase using A’s referral code then the referrer A will get reward coupon. All registered users can get their referral code in My Account -> Referrals.
Note: B’s purchase should be approved by sapienstyle.com team for A to get reward coupon.
4. My order has failed but my money has been debited from my account. Now what should I do?
Please e-mail us on [email protected] with your purchased order number or Phone-Pe transaction ID. We will immediately process the order if money paid by you is reached us.
- How can I Track my order status?
You will receive the mail regarding your shipment details and tracking id will be provided along with the tracking URL of the courier service. For any further queries regarding status you can send an email to [email protected].
- How can I cancel or change my order?
Just drop an email to [email protected] with reference number of your purchase order. In case we have not shipped it yet, we will cancel your order. Orders will not be cancelled/changed after dispatch.
- Does sapienstyle.com provide cash on delivery in my city?
No. At the moment sapienstyle.com is not providing COD to avoid the extra charges to the customer. sapienstyle.com is a trusted entity powered by Sri Mahathe Fashions which is a boutique shop in Lalgudi, Trichy. It is registered firm in compliance with all GST norms. Customer can trust sapienstyle.com for 100%. We can take complete responsibility of your order.
- Do you accepts returns?
Yes, we have a 7 days ( from the date of delivery ) returns policy only for the damaged products or if customer received totally different product. For more details please go through our return policy or mail to [email protected].
- I have paid via cash on delivery, how will I get refund?
No. At the moment we not providing COD to avoid extra charges to the customer.
- I have paid via netbanking/debit/credit card, how will I get refund?
We shall be refunding money back into the same account via which you had paid for your purchase on sapienstyle.com. We will refund for all genuine cases and processing time is depends upon your bank.
11. Can i come and purchase directly to your store?

12. Can i pre-order the item that is sold out?
Yes. Customer can send an email to [email protected] for any pre-order for the items already sold. We will check the item’s availability with the manufacturer and we will accept the pre-order request. Dispatch for pre-order will take 12-13 business days. Pre-order is not possible through sapienstyle.com at the moment.
13. Is COD available ?
Yes. sapienstyle.com offers COD as one of the payment methods to its customers in the intent of providing best shopping experience.
