We offer cash on delivery (COD) at so many locations in India depending on the pin code. The website will automatically give you the option of COD if the pin code is served through this facility or else you can e mail us your area PIN code on support@sapienstyle.com so that we can check and revert.
Yes, we have a 7 days ( from the date of delivery ) returns policy on all products except below categories due to hygiene issues eg. lingerie, swimwear, costmetics etc. For details please go through the refund policy.
We will transfer the amount to your bank account. You need to send a mail to support@sapienstyle.com with bank account details to where you need to transfer the refund.
We shall be refunding money back into the same account via which you had paid for your purchase on sapienstyle.com.
